Wine: Juicy and jammy with layers of ripe cherries and dates. Layers of toasted hazelnut, black pepper and post-rainstorm earth.

What to pair it with:
-sweet & savory cheese board, with pomegranate jam
-mozzarella, basil & tomato salad drizzled with a thick balsamic vinegar
-grilled octopus with a roasted red pepper dipping sauce
-a chilly evening at sunset
Rating: Leaning toward a 9/10. Definitely compliments a hot bath after a long day at work.
